The course will present various styles of memoir writing, details on what to include or skip, how to deal with difficult situations and how to include people still alive or not. The second portion of each class will be reserved for participants to present their work and ask questions about problem areas. The objective is to get a good start on our memoirs and keep going.

Mondays, 10:30 to Noon | 6-8 weeks, April 6 to May 11 or May 25

Instructor: Sharon Czarnecki

Sharon Czarnecki. is a graduate of UNH with a BS, SCL majoring in Behavioral Science. Her career as a vocational counselor confirmed her belief that people are endlessly fascinating. Since 2015 she has run the Weare Area Writers Guild, and is also the community outreach reporter for Weare in the World News. It is her firm belief that we all have a story to tell and that doing so benefits ourselves, our families, and, in fact, our whole community.
