How LINEC Works

A Friendly, Stress-Free Way to Keep Learning

LINEC is a lifelong‑learning community for adults 50+ who enjoy curiosity, conversation, and connection. Our courses are taught by passionate instructors from across New Hampshire — no tests, no grades, just learning for the joy of it.

Our Three-Term Year

We offer courses three times a year:

Spring: April–May
Summer: June–July
Fall: September–November

New courses are announced each season, and registration typically opens 4–6 weeks before the term begins.

Course Costs & Formats

Our courses are intentionally affordable and flexible:

$35 for 5–6 week courses
$25 for 3–4 week courses
$15 for 1‑session courses
$35 for unlimited Summer courses (take as many as you’d like)

Join us online or in‑person in Henniker. If you’re new to Zoom or online learning, we’re happy to help you get set up.

What to Expect in a Course

Most courses meet once a week for 60–90 minutes. Sessions are friendly, discussion‑based, and shaped by the interests of the group. Instructors bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a love of sharing what they know.
